Rent includes sewer and trash, and the tenant is responsible for water, gas, and electric. We also offer a Utilities Included package.
Our security deposits are equal to one month's rent.

(We do have a few apartments that do not have a dishwasher but instead have an extra bank of drawers in the kitchen.)
Rent includes sewer and trash, and the tenant is responsible for water, gas and electric. We also offer a Utilities Included package.
We accept small pets in our two bedrooms with a $200 pet deposit. Our security deposits are equal to one month's rent.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED PACKAGE
Our Utility package includes Water, Sewer, Trash, Gas, and Electric for only $200/month with a $150 cap on gas + electric combined for our 2 bedrooms. Our 3 bedrooms are $225 a month with $175 cap on gas + electric.
We know moving is expensive, so we offer this to save you the cost of the deposits required to switch utilities into your name and lower your move in costs.
It can be over $300 in deposits for gas and electric alone!

NORTH STAR APARTMENTS
The North Star apartment complex boasts an on-site Office with security cameras.
Each building has it's own breezeway with security lighting and a view. The complex has it's own playground, and is located right across the street from Nelson-Wilkes Elementary School, and the Mountain Home Athletic Club, and with it's own school bus route our little neighborhood has everything a family needs in our 3 bedroom apartments!
Our 2 bedrooms are great for singles, couples, or smaller families! We're located close to Baxter International Laboratories and the Baxter Regional Medical Center for new employees. And our onsite vending machine keeps you fueled with cold caffeine at any time of the day!
PAIGE APARTMENTS
The Paige Apartment Complex is located across the street from Guy Berry Intermediate School, and just a block away from Town & Country Grocery!
Besides lighting on each of our patios, security couldn't be better with the Sheriff's office around the corner.
These two bedroom, two bath apartments are larger than the North Star 2 bedrooms and each apartment has a designated parking spot along with all the amenities listed above!
This complex is known for it's quiet, long time occupants!
